• Initial consultation - we will go through your detailed requirements and your priorities in terms of quality, speed and budget.
• Requirements discovery - you may already know exactly what you want, in which case we can plan a fixed-price project. If not, we will develop an Agile approach with you so work can start while some details are being worked out.
• Team assembly - having established the requirements, we will confirm what resources and skills are needed to deliver the project and help you assemble a team. This may be completely in-house, or we can put a team together for you, or a combination of the two, depending on your preferences and the needs of the project.
• Risk review - we will review with you our assessment of the primary risks and mitigation.
• Delivery - we can work with your teams or independently to direct implementation. Where the scope is well known, we can use a sequential methodology such as PRINCE2, otherwise we can utilize Agile methods such as SCRUM. We prefer to use JIRA for digital project management, but we can usually work with whatever processes and technology are familiar to your team.
• Launch and transition - this is sometimes a 'big bang' at the end of the project, but often it can be better to deliver value incrementally. We can review options with you and decide on an approach which maximizes value for your organization.
• Support - we will help you iron out any teething problems and work with your business change managers to realize the benefits from your transformation. This step can also be supported by our in-house performance coaching services.
